| Nowadays, the cerebrovascular disease or stroke is the third common causes of death of population around the world. It is estimated that 6 million in 15 million people death from a stroke since 2013. Conventional retrievers’ stent is produced from Nickel-Titanium based shape memory alloy by laser-cutting technology from tube or plate as a raw material. However, laser-cutting process has disadvantage such as the expensive cost and heat effect from laser can change properties of shape memory effect which is very sensitive to heat-treatment. Therefore, braiding process has benefit when manufacturing in large scale and easy to control the property of stent by itself. | ||
