Invention discription
 Ti alloys is popularly used as medical device due to high corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility. For examples Orthodontic Wire, Implant Material and Occluder. However, Improvement of mechanical properties is used to be appropriate for each applications. Orthodontic Wire was built from Ti-Ni alloy which has Shape Memory and super elastic properties. It provide low constant delivery force which is not destroy the root teeth. Implants make from Ti-Nb base alloys which has low modulus near the cortical bone and very high strength allowing to design in thin shape bone plate and screw implant. Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) Occluder make from Ti-Ni alloy and special forming technique.
