| The system ensures automatic measurement of geometry and deformations of shaft elements being tested. It is provided with the units to control orientation in space and stability, and signal recording and processing unit. The solution is based on combining the 2D 360° laser scanner, and 360° camera with inertial unit (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer), odometer, recorder with antenna and safety laser rangefinder. All the units, plus independent power supply are contained in one explosion-proof Ex p enclosure. | ||

Wyposażony jest w kontrolę położenia, w tym orientacji przestrzennej i stabilności, oraz w system rejestracji i analizy danych. Rozwiązanie polega na zintegrowaniu w jednej hermetyzowanej obudowie skanera laserowego 2D 360° i kamery 360° z jednostką inercyjną (akcelerometr, żyroskop i magnetometr) i odometrem, z własnym zasilaniem, rejestratorem i anteną oraz laserowym dalmierzem bezpieczeństwa. Obudowa spełnia cechy obudowy urządzeń elektronicznych do zastosowań w strefach zagrożonych wybuchem z rodzajem budowy przeciwwybuchowej typu Ex p. | ||
