| The subject of this invention is a pneumatic muscle. This solution can be used as a driving element in robots, rehabilitation and physiotherapy manipulators and in devices for automatization of production processes. The pneumatic muscle includes a flexible bladder wrapped with braid. Inside the bladder there is a boot attached to the fixing connections, in which there are holes constituting an inlet and outlet for the operating medium to the space between the outer surface and the inner surface of the flat flexible bladder. Muscle air under the pressure of the compressed air expands and becomes shorter, and generates a large pulling force in relation to its cross-section and mass. | ||

| Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mięsień pneumatyczny stosowany jako element napędowy w robotach mobilnych, antropomorficznych, bionicznych i humanoidalnych, manipulatorach rehabilitacyjnych i fizjoterapeutycznych oraz w urządzeniach do automatyzacji procesów produkcyjnych. Mięsień pneumatyczny posiada elastyczny pęcherz owinięty oplotem, zakończony przyłączami mocującymi oraz przyłączami doprowadzającymi medium robocze. Wewnątrz pęcherza znajduje się mieszek zespolony z przyłączami mocującymi, w których są otwory dolotowe doprowadzające i odprowadzające medium robocze do przestrzeni pomiędzy zewnętrzną powierzchnią mieszka a wewnętrzną powierzchnią elastycznego pęcherza. | ||
