| | The novelty consists in a honeycomb base, parceled out on both surfaces in hexagonal cells-foundations, in order to initiate and facilitate the bees to build the cells’ walls better and faster. The base is made out of biodegradable components, such as 100 % pure wax, corn kernel pericarp, 99.9 % pure calcium carbonate. This base is practically indestructible, and can easily be renewed every 3-5 years (in scalding water). |
